"Alignment is when our thoughts, life-choices, and direction all honor our core values. Alignment is when we listen to our intuition and move through the world embodying our true selves."

Her passion for fostering happiness and well-being makes her an invaluable support on your path to a healthier life. "I have been practicing in the mental health field since I graduated with my undergraduate degrees (BA Psychology and BS in Dietetics) in 2008. I have a wide range of experience working with individuals in different capacities including: substance abuse/use for both adolescents and adults, caseworker for Child, Youth and Family services, Offense-Specific treatment for people with sexual offences; gender-specific trauma therapy and trauma-processing therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and talk therapy to work through cognitive distortions and to increase awareness of patterns in behavior. I am currently working to become certified in Sensory Somatic Trauma Processing techniques. I define trauma as anything that has happened in someone’s life that has impacted their ability to create and define safety. I believe the therapeutic relationship and establishing safety within this relationship are the most important aspects of therapy. I feel so privileged to be able to do this work and to be a part of someone’s journey of healing and growth." Contact Camerine below to speak with her directly!
